We are certified to work on older homes which may have surfaces finished with lead paint,

however we prefer to work on homes constructed after 1978 because it has been determined that

homes built after that date do not, typically, contain lead paint.  We prefer not to expose our clients

or our workers to the health risks related to lead paint dust.  If you do own an older home,
